When the lights go out, never ask "where's that?"
Power cuts, storms, floods, a breakdown on a cold night. WhereZthat helps families build a simple 3-day kit, one honest product at a time, so everyone at home knows where everything is.
Based on the UK government's published emergency guidance. WhereZthat is an independent shop and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the government.

The guidance is 3 litres of drinking water per person, per day, for 3 days. Cooking, washing and pets need extra.
The most useful preparation costs nothing.
Do these first. Then buy only what's missing.
Know the power cut number
Call 105 in England, Scotland and Wales, or 03457 643643 in Northern Ireland.
Join the Priority Services Register
If someone at home depends on power or needs extra support, register so your supplier knows.
Write numbers on paper
Family, neighbours, GP, insurer. A flat phone can't help you call anyone.
Make a household plan
Agree a meeting point and who checks on anyone who needs help.
Torches, not candles
The guidance advises torches over candles in a power cut. Safer for kids, pets and curtains.
Check smoke alarms monthly
And learn how to turn off your gas, electricity and water.
